Granting Web Pro Geeks Access to Your SiteGround Account

Granting Web Pro Geeks access to your SiteGround account ensures smooth collaboration and allows us to provide fast and efficient support. Follow these steps to securely grant us access while maintaining the privacy of your account credentials.

Step One: Log into your SiteGround account at https://login.siteground.com/ using your credentials. 

Note: If you have had your password for a while, this would be a great time to reset your password and activate 2-Step Verification. 

Step Two: Find the tab at the top labeled "Websites" and select it.

Step Three:  Choose the site you want to add the collaborator to.

Step Four: Select the Actions Menu (three little dots) and select Manage Users.

Step Four: Select the Add Users button.

Step Five: On the next screen, select New User.

Step Six: Enter "Kristina Treadwell" for the name and "wordpress@webprogeeks.com" for the email.

Step Seven: Select Add.
